Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a number of cars were damaged in Swindon.
Overnight between Saturday 20th July and Sunday 21st July, 10 cars were damaged in Freshbrook, Swindon.
Vehicles in Rowton Heath Way, Prince Rupert Court, Lanhydrock Close, Selby Crescent and Bloomsbury Close were all subject to damage with tyres being punctured or paintwork scratched.
Temporary Sergeant Pete Foster of the Swindon West and North Central Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) said: "This is mindless damage to property with no regard to the victims or local community as a whole. "It appears this is a random attack with vehicles chosen indiscriminately.
"Patrols will be stepped up in the area and West Swindon NPT are conducting enquiries to try and identify anyone involved."
Police are appealing for any witnesses or further victims to contact the West Swindon team via 101 or firstname.lastname@example.org
