Fitness specialists and Swindon based training provider bpm active are rolling out their latest Fitness Instructor Courses from September and offer high quality training for new and experienced instructors alike.
Ian Baker, Fitness Director of bpm active has announced plans to expand his business further over the next 12 months with some new, exciting and unique courses.
As well as continuing to deliver entry qualifications for those looking to become instructors of adult and kids' fitness classes, Ian commented ‘bpm active is among only a few training providers in the country who have been awarded the status of approved provider for the new Level 3 Exercise to Music qualification which takes group exercise to the next level and thus raises the standard of freestyle fitness classes’.
Ian brings a wealth of experience, has trained over 100 instructors in Gym and Exercise to Music and is proud to deliver fun, memorable and life changing courses.
Ian and his new Active Alliance team will also be getting our future generation fit and active in schools across the town with bpm active’s successful Junior and Youth Fitness programmes – GXFitness!
