Free family all nations together fun day in North Swindon
The sports field at Isambard School in Redhouse will host an All Nations Fun Day on Saturday 19 July, 1pm to 5pm, featuring sumo wrestling, sports competitions, food and a bouncy castle.
North Swindon Baptist Church, which holds weekly Sunday morning services at Isambard and Abbey Meads Primary School, as well as the popular Footprints parent and toddler group at Oakhurst Primary School on Thursday mornings, are organising this completely free event for all the family.
In case of poor weather, the event will take place in the school hall.
The all nations theme has been chosen in celebration of the World Cup and the Commonwealth Games, as well as recognition by the church that North Swindon is home to many nationalities. The event also forms part of the church’s expansion of community initiatives in the Oakhurst and Redhouse areas.
No tickets are needed; turn up and take part.
