She may have missed out on reaching the Miss England finals this year but former Miss Swindon Hannah Golding has been given a second chance to fulfil her dreams of winning an international pageant by reaching the finals of Europe’s Perfect Miss, held in Cardiff in October.
Hannah has been awarded the title of “England’s Perfect Miss” and will compete against more than 60 other girls from all over Europe for a chance to win a trip to America to compete in the international finals of “America’s Perfect Miss”.
“I was so shocked to find out I had got through, especially chosen for the title of England’s Perfect Miss, to represent not just Swindon but the whole country!
"After a tough couple of months personally this is the news I’ve been waiting for, and now I can’t wait to make Swindon proud and bring home that crown!”
Hannah is being sponsored by Kiss Gyms, the new 24 hour gym that has opened in central Swindon, and has also been given free personal training sessions from the gym by Adam York, to help Hannah tone up for the dreaded swim wear round.
“I am so grateful to Kiss gyms for sponsoring me as I thought Miss England was my last pageant. I’m also so happy that Adam York offered me free personal training sessions! I had noticed I had gained nearly two stone since winning the Miss Swindon title last year, but now I have started cycling to work and with three personal training sessions a week, I can finally fit back into my old clothes”.
Hannah will compete in rounds including swimwear, wow-wear (which is anything goes), then evening wear which Hannah hopes will be different from everyone else.
“I have a few tricks up my sleeve and stepping away from the sequins, although they may feature somewhere!”
As well as Europe’s Perfect, Hannah is also competing in the final of UK’s Dazzling Beauty representing Wiltshire, and Miss Commonwealth International in November representing England.
