The UK Youth Parliament has launched a huge new survey for children and young people across the South West who are or have ever been bullied, as part of its regional anti-bullying campaign.
The aim of the survey is to find out how it feels to be bullied, what support works and what still needs to be done. Your answers will help to raise awareness, break down barriers and help Members of UK Youth Parliament to campaign to beat the bullies. The survey closes on Friday 17th December 2010

Carney Bonner is Swindon’s UK Youth MP and has made tackling cyber bullying his specialist area.
He is one of twelve 14 to 21 year olds taking part in Channel 4’s TV and online Battlefront series, tackling issues that are relevant to today’s youth, where they want to make the biggest changes.
After personal experience, Carney, below, wants to highlight bullying on the internet. “I want people to understand the damage that cyber-bullying does to victims, and how it ruins lives. And I want to make sure they know they have a place to turn to for help.”
Ninety nine per cent of young people aged 8 to 17 have access to the internet, and one in four children experience some degree of cyber-bullying.
