Journal writing and personal development coach Juliett Platt, right, is hosting a second Introduction to Journal Writing workshop on Saturday 12 February and has a few more places to fill before. She writes:
Are you looking for a new creative hobby that is inexpensive and could help you find new inspiration and motivation for your career, study or life in general?
Join me at Lower Shaw Farm from 10am – 4pm on Saturday 12 February for a day of good company, delicious food and a workshop about Journaling for Personal Development.
Discover how developing a reflective journal writing practice can clarify goals, bring new perspectives and insights, intensify the creative process, and transform our relationship with time.
As a personal development coach, writer and reflective practitioner I have real experience of how journal writing has helped me as to create a life that is both fulfilling and rewarding.
This workshop is a distillation of some of the techniques to enrich our journaling practice, and bring it to life, from getting started to logging the journey and reaping the wisdom. It is full of journaling exercises and lots of opportunities to write in the fabulously cosy, informal and friendly setting of Lower Shaw Farm. See some of the positive comments from the previous course in November below.
Places cost £40 per person, including lunch and refreshments throughout the day. To book contact me on 01793 727994, or by email Juliet@treetopscommunications.co.uk
