SWINDON Robins number one Peter Kildemand could be at the centre of a bidding war in Poland.
The Dane has been one of the best newcomers in the Extraliga during 2014 in what was his first season at Czestochowa, but the Lions’ financial issues have seen them lose their place in the league.
With Kildemand on the market at the end of a year where he reached two Grand Prix finals and finished second in the European Championship, reports in Poland suggest there are four clubs interested in the Dane.
Zielona Gora, Tarnow, Wroclaw and newcomers Grudziadz are all throught to be interested, with Kildemand not rushing to make a decision over where he will race in Poland’s top flight.
Kildemand will be at the Abbey Stadium tomorrow night when the Robins take on Bob Kilby Select side, in a meeting held in memory of the legendary Swindonian.
