FLOYD Taylor could return for Swindon Wildcats against MK Lightning tomorrow night after missing tonight’s loss at Basingstoke through illness.
The young forward was due to be involved in the 2-1 loss at Planet Ice but became ill during the drive to Basingstoke, meaning he watched the game from the balcony alongside concussion victim Stevie Whitfield and import Henri Sandvik.
Whitfield is definitely out of the game with Lightning but Taylor could return.
“Stevie can’t because he has concussion, we expected Floyd to play but he got sick on the way here and was heavily sick before the game.
“He was green, bless him, so there was no way he could play but the timing wasn’t great.
“He could be okay for tomorrow.”
Sandvik is also likely to play in tomorrow night’s game at the Link Centre, with either Jan Kostal, Tomasz Malasinski, Kenton Smith or Jonas Hoog missing out with Cats limited to four imports.
