HAVING seen first hand what Telford are capable of, Ryan Aldridge knows his side have to bring the right level of intensity for 60 minutes if they are to get anything tonight.
With Wildcats without a match on Saturday night, head coach Aldridge opted to take in the Tigers’ clash with Basingstoke and was impressed with what he saw.
The Shropshire side have spent big money in pursuit of a move up the EPL table and Aldridge believes the depth of lines they possess could be a key factor in the clash.
“I went to watch them play Basingstoke on Saturday night and they look a good side,” he told Link Sport.
“They’re definitely a solid hockey team, they have three deep lines who can come and come and come.
“They’re pretty similar to Basingstoke, they’ve spent a bit of money and have some very good players so we know it’s going to be a tough one for us.
“We have to play for 60 minutes, there’s no doubt about that and we have to be prepared for every wave which comes at us.”
