Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a Swindon man was attacked by a group of men on the evening of Friday 10 April 2015.
The incident happened around 8pm in Oakhurst, near to a children’s play park on Voyager Drive. The victim was taken to GWH by ambulance with a fractured arm and severe bruising to his back and shoulders. A number of people were in the area at the time of the offence and the offenders were seen running from the scene.
A member of the public also spotted the vehicle and its occupants drive away, officers would like to speak to this person to help with their enquiries.
Police would also like to speak to any one else who may have witnessed this attack or saw any suspicious activity in the area immediately before or after the incident. Witnesses are asked to contact 101 and ask for the Duty CID. They can also contact the police anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
