North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson paid a visit to Blunsdon Abbey Park in late March to meet the site owners and some of the residents, and to be given a tour of the site by Pine View Parks managing director Adam Griffin.
The site is currently undergoing a phased redevelopment with the construction of high quality, energy efficient units aimed at the over 50s.
They provide a less costly way of living independently without the burden of maintaining a larger property no longer required.
Pine View Parks currently has six units on offer in the present phase.

Commenting on the site Justin said: “It is clear that this is a comprehensive upgrade to the park that has breathed a whole new lease of life into the area.
“Pine View have created a really good quality retirement community which is attracting sufficient new tenants to ensure the park’s viability into the future. I look forward to attending their summer garden party.”
