Nursery hosts open day to excite new parents
Oliver Tomkins Church of England School Nursery is hoping parents of toddlers who are aged three by 31 August will be queuing up to look at the facilities and education on offer.

Village pre-school appeals for new parents
Staff of a pre-school are inviting parents to come along and see the quality of early years’ teaching on offer.
Lydiard Millicent pre-school, which has been established for 20 years, is holding an open evening on Thursday 6 May, 7.30pm,where families can meet staff and committee members and look at the facilities.
Currently, it takes in children from Lydiard Millicent and surrounding villages as well as West and North Swindon.

Toddler groups in need of more little people
Sunny Smiles baby and toddler groupwants to recruit more children and parents in order to increase its sessions.
Currently the group meets on Fridays, 9.30am to 11.45am at Roughmoor social hall, Swinley Drive, Peatmoor. Activities include arts and crafts, games, music and dance.

Nutkins parent and toddler group has now settled into its new home in the community rooms at Shaw Ridge Primary School.
The group welcomes newcomers to its twice weekly get-togethers on Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Playmates has restarted at the reopened Freshbrook Community Centre.
Carers and children are welcome to drop by and join in with games, music and craft activities on Thursdays 9.30am to 11.30am. With a large hall available, there is lots of space to use ride on toys.
