Since reopening in September in the former Chinese Experience and Pagoda Palace building at Peatmoor, Oriental Buffet has enjoyed booming business as the people of Swindon demonstrate their endless love-affair with Eastern flavours.
The great prices have also been a big attraction. Restaurant manager Tim Yip said, “at lunchtimes on Monday to Saturday we do an all you can eat buffet for £5.95. In the evening we have a cooking station where customers can watch their meal being prepared from fresh ingredients, and our chefs’ fire throwing show – all for only £9.95.”
The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 12noon to 3pm, and 5.30pm to 11.30pm, and Sunday from 12noon to 11pm.
Children under 4 feet 7 inches get to eat for half price, which means a family of 4 can have lunch and drinks for less than £30.
First-time diner seven-year-old Caitlin Eastham said, “the chicken balls and the sweetcorn soup are really good – as well as the ice cream and cakes for afters.”
If you haven’t experienced the Oriental Buffet yet, they’re offering an amazing deal of 50 per cent off a meal – if you use the voucher printed in the advert in the Link magazine.
