A day of nourishment for pregnant women run by Rebecca Brain and Gayle Fletcher.
Take time off from work, commitments and responsibilities to restore your energy, connect more deeply with your baby, explore companionship with other mums-to-be, and relax fully.
The day will include deep relaxation techniques, massage, a hot organic vegetarian lunch, a Bump Art session and a rite of passage ritual in preparation for labour and birth.
Becoming a mother is a rite of passage, often not honoured fully in our society. This day will offer the opportunity to connect more fully with fears, hopes and dreams around birth and mothering.
We invite you to step into the sacred process of carrying and birthing a baby, honouring your body and its wisdom, and the grand-mother wisdom of generations of women who have given birth naturally by connecting deeply with their instincts and the treasure of their hidden inner resources.
