A charity that helps young people in Swindon is organising a quiz night.
Catch22 Swindon is an education provider specialising in supporting teenagers who have had difficulties learning in a school or college environment, sometimes as a result of bullying or family issues.
On Thursday 22 May, they are teaming up with Swindon Town to host a fun quiz night in the Sponsors’ Lounge at the County Ground. Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm kick-off. A licensed bar and snacks will be available.
Money raised will go towards resources and activities for Catch22 learners.
Project manager Laura said: “We provide relaxed classes for our learners to develop their confidence and skills, and hopefully move on to college or employment. Many of the young people who come to us are very anxious and need the nurturing environment we provide.”
Register your team of up to six people by contacting Laura on 01793 521332. Entry costs £20 per team or £5 per person.
If you are a local company, there are also opportunities to sponsor a round of questions for just £25.
