DANE Peter Kildemand won’t be putting any extra pressure on himself at tonight’s Nordic GP in Vojens despite his stunning display in Copenhagen earlier in the season.
The Robins number one has been handed his second GP wild card for this season, after reaching the final in PARKEN at the end of June on a night where Swindon teammate Troy Batchelor went through the card before finishing second in the final.
Kildemand is not setting any targets for Vojens but is determined to be part of the business end of the meeting in his homeland.
“It’s great to be in there, just like at PARKEN and I hope I can do something there and make something good of it,” he said.
“If you get to the semi-final anything can happen and I’d love to get in there and do something.
“Riding in the GP is fun but I try to keep my focus because there is no pressure for any points, although I want to show up.
“I try to enjoy every race and hopefully one day I will be in there.”
