No experience is needed to join a two day workshop run by Skedaddle Dance: and there'll be a chance to star in a film to feature on their website.
Skedaddle specialises in dance work in schools and the community and is headed by Helen Ganberg and Zoe Humphries, both professional dancers who have worked with Swindon Dance.
Young people aged 6 to 11 with energy and enthusiasm are invited to join them to create a dance for themselves based on a series of tasks. The free style sessions are very different to formal ballet and tap and will give youngsters the opportunity to express themselves freely through movement.
The workshops are on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th, 10am to 2.30pm at Ashford Hall in Old Town. The cost is £25 for both days.
