Wool Week, a national celebration of all things warm and cosy, from 14 to 20 October, saw members of Swindon knitting group Stitch ‘n Bitch ‘yarnbombing’ Lydiard Park.

Wool week champions one of the UK’s most important industries. Now in its fourth year, the campaign has been raising awareness of wool’s benefits as a natural, sustainable, renewable and biodegradable material, encouraging us to support our wool farmers and textile industry.
