A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following a road traffic collision in Swindon, shortly before 10.30pm on 6th April 2015 on the B4006 Ermin Street at the junction with Windbrook Meadow.
A blue BMW 520D collided with a white Rieju Marathon 125cc motorcycle. The driver of the car, a 32-year-old man from Swindon, was not injured but the motorcyclist, an 18-year-old woman from Swindon, suffered leg injuries described as life changing. She was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by land ambulance.
Ermin Street was closed for several hours while emergency services dealt with the injured rider and investigations of the scene were carried out.
