A member of staff working for South Swindon MP Robert Buckland has won a top national award.
Marianne Kemp who is based in the MP’s office in Swindon was presented with first prize in the prestigious Dods/FSB Researcher of the Year Awards at a ceremony in the Palace of Westminster.
Marianne won the Constituency Staff Member Award, which was open to staff from all 650 parliamentary constituencies.

Robert Buckland MP said: "I’m so pleased for Marianne. She has been with me since the beginning and is crucial in helping me provide the best service possible to the residents of South Swindon. This award is richly deserved."
Marianne said" "I’m surprised and delighted to have won. Robert has always been clear that serving the residents of South Swindon is the most important part of the job, so it’s fantastic to be recognised for doing that effectively".
