Town Gardens, in Swindon will be full of vibrant colours, music and excitement as the Swindon & Wiltshire Pride Event celebrates its 6th year on Saturday 10 Aug 2013.
Swindon & Wiltshire Pride is an amazingly diverse music festival & community event. The whole day starts off with our largest parade yet, celebrating the same sex bill that has been recently passed by the Queen with our very own wedding theme.
We like to mix things up every year, throughout the day there’s an exciting combination of over 45 acts on 4 stages with new, up and coming musicians, well known performers and cabaret, poetry and dancers. Great names include Jake Sims on The Community Stage, Kate Pop on the Variety Stage and the amazing Cleo Higgins from The Voice.
We also look forward to unveiling our all new family zone with a combination of family friendly stalls and entertainment sponsored by Swindon Borough Council and Wiltshire Council.
Come along and join in the fun and mingle around our large shopping area that also features service providers such as Out Of The Can, Swindon College and Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, to name a few.
Our event is free and open for all to attend, so come along and make this the best ever Swindon & Wiltshire Pride Event.
