The Wyvern Theatre has secured an icon of Swinging 60s Britain for the lead role in an all new production of their pantomime Cinderella, from 8 December to 7 January.
Britt Eckland is acknowledged as one of the world?s most beautiful women and has been a star of screen, stage and later literature for over forty years.

She has made countless TV appearances, including Noel?s House Party and Absolutely Fabulous.
Born in 1942 and living in her native Sweden Britt will be flying in on 3 July to launch the panto in the enchanted surroundings of Lydiard Park before returning in November to start rehearsals.
Show producer Daryl Back of One From the Heart productions, said she was delighted Britt has agreed to come to Swindon. “Cinderella is a fantastic classic and Britt Eckland will give that extra sparkle to the show.”
Cinderella, as everybody knows, is a story of sibling rivalry, bullying, parental nastiness and transformation of bad to good. Set within the uniquely British tradition of pantomime, there will be lots of opportunity to boo and hiss the baddies and cheer for a positive outcome when the glass slipper fits the right foot.
Spectacular costumes, entrancing dance routines are promised and two white ponies will appear on stage. Tickets can now be booked at the Wyvern on 524481.
Win a family ticket The theatre has launched a colouring competition. There are three family tickets on offer for the best Cinderella pictures and one will be chosen to appear on the cover of the souvenir programme.
