A Swindon based customer care business is planning a prosperous 2014 after a recent award win.
Carpeo won the Customer and Staff Care award at the Wiltshire Business Awards.
The customer care business was set up 4 years ago and the flourishing company has really put its stamp on the customer service sector. It currently employs 153 people and is planning on growth of at least 10% by taking on customer service and sales staff.
The visionary company also runs a diploma programme which all employees can access. It has nine apprentices, with plans to employ ten more, and also has aspirations to become a centre of excellence.

Carpeo was also runner-up in the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year and Innovation and Growth awards at the Wiltshire Business Awards.
