Swindon mum of two Hilary Coates, is looking for doggy-carers to join her new business, the award-winning Wagging Tails.
Hilary (50) has recently purchased the franchise for the Swindon area and is on the hunt for dog lovers who are at home all day, to have doggy guests to stay and earn a little extra money at the same time
The mum of two has lived in Swindon all her life and herself has a beagle called ‘Bandit’ (pictured right with Hilary).
Wagging Tails is an exclusive, high-end dog boarding business, started in 2007 by ex Royal Ballet Company dancer Lisa Suswain. The business now has 10 franchisees boarding almost 2,000 dogs with 100’s of carers in home-from-home environments across the UK every year, with more like Hilary coming on board all the time.
Hilary explains how Wagging Tails works: "When we take a booking we first take a look at our list of carers and see who’ll be most suitable; for instance if Mrs Jones has always had Labradors then we know she’ll be the perfect carer when a Labrador-owner comes to make a booking.
"Then before the booking is confirmed we conduct a ‘sniffing out meeting’ at the carer’s home, where owner and carer meet, to ensure everyone ‘gets along’; the happiness and welfare of the dog is at the centre of everything we do."
So, would you like to be a doggy-carer for Hilary? Maybe you used to own a dog and miss the company and the health benefits of regular walks but don’t want the full-time commitment of owning another dog? Or maybe you’d just love to have another dog to stay every now and then?
For more information give Hilary a ring on 01793 874777, email her email@example.com or visit the website www.waggingtailsuk.co.uk/sn to find out more about being a doggy-carer for Wagging Tails.
