SEQOL, the social enterprise that delivers a range of community health and adult social care services to residents of Swindon, is celebrating its second birthday by launching a range of awards for the star individuals and teams among its workforce.
Members of the public are being invited to participate in the 2013 SEQOL People Awards by nominating their Star SEQOL individual employee and/or their Star SEQOL team.
This might be a community nurse, social worker, physiotherapist, support worker, footcare assistant, occupational therapist or one of the other professionals or teams who have helped you or a member of your family from the range of services SEQOL provides.
And colleagues at SEQOL, many of whom are shareholders in the community interest company, and partner organisations are also being asked to put forward the names of those who have delivered stunningly good service.
SEQOL chief executive Heather Mitchell said: “SEQOL is now two years old, and I am immensely proud of my colleagues, whose great efforts and innovative approaches have done so much to improve services, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
"The SEQOL People Awards are a way of showing those who consistently go well beyond the call of duty that their efforts are very much appreciated by service users, patients, families and professionals alike .”
To nominate an exceptional SEQOL individual or team, go on-line at www.seqol.org or telephone 01793 463333 or write to SEQOL People Awards, SEQOL HQ, Thamesdown Drive, Swindon, SN25 4AN
You just need to say who you wish to nominate, why they deserve an award and provide your contact details.
Nominations close on 1 December 2013.
