Find out how and why to grow and thrive on Living Foods, often called ‘Raw Foods.’
It’s not all lettuce and carrots – sometimes it’s Burritos, nor all cold – it can be raw soup. And there delicious treats to enjoy like sundaes, cakes and crackers.

Two Raw Food workshops at The Core Juice Bar in Old Town will open your eyes to a new way to approach nutrition and health.
Tuesday 8 April, 6pm to 7.30pm for beginners;
Saturday 26 April, 1.30pm to 3.30pm for Beginner/Intermediate Culinary skills.
The tutor is Mandy Parsons of Raw-highed Foods, Education and Training who ate her way out of arthritis, skin growths, headaches, constant backache, monthly feminine misery and four stones of excess weight, besides a host of other niggling issues.
Mandy said: "The sheer thrill of finally finding a way to take control of our own health drives a wish to share it with as many as possible, until it becomes common knowledge and eventually, common sense.
"The Core Juice bar is bringing this awareness into view of many for the first time, creating a demand to know how to take things further in the ‘realm of raw’."
