The last in the series of lectures run by the Friends of Lydiard Park in association with Lydiard House, during the three month closure of the house, takes place on Wednesday 16 March, 7pm.
Conservator Jane Rutherfoord talks about Uncovering History with specific reference to the ancient wall paintings in St. Mary’s Church, Lydiard Tregoze.

Lydiard House reopens on Saturday 19 March with a new exhibition on display.
The exhibition tells the story of the impact of World War I and World War II on the St John family and the wider estate – the people that fought and the people who stayed behind.
Open Wednesday to Sunday – 11am to 4pm
Closed Monday – Closed (except bank holidays) and Tuesday
