The jury have just returned the verdicts regarding the case of R v Stephen Jenkins from Aberdare, Mid-Glamorgan, who was the defendant following a road traffic collision on the M4 on 9 June 2014.
The results, heard at Swindon Crown Court today (Wednesday 27 April 2016) are as follows:
Indictment 1, Causing the death of Martin Williams by Dangerous Driving – guilty.
Indictment 2, Causing the death of Steven Sheldon by Dangerous Driving – guilty.
Indictment 3, Causing the death of James Stark by Dangerous Driving – guilty.
Sentencing has been set for 6 June 2016 to allow for pre-sentence reports.
