South West Business & Community Expo is returning to the Steam Museum in Swindon for its fourth consecutive year on Thursday 30 June and this year they have joined forces with Business West to make it bigger and better than all previous events.
The event is free to attend and will include over 80 exhibitors, industry leading workshops, one to one clinics on key business issues including funding available, as well as great networking opportunities.
With six keynote speakers, attendees will get the chance to hear from the inspirational double amputee Afghanistan war hero, Sgt Rick Clement; Apprentice runner up, Richard Woods; first woman CEO of British Rail, Jackie Chappell; best-selling author Brad Burton and award winning young entrepreneur, Julianne Ponan.
Ian Larrard, Director of the Swindon & Wiltshire Initiative at Business West said: “In an effort to avoid duplication of effort, it makes perfect sense to partner with SW Expo this year. Local businesses will benefit by having one business show that provides a bigger platform to network and create new business opportunities.
“By working together we hope the show will be a real success, with added events in the programme providing a fully packed day to do business in Swindon.”
Alec Jones-Hall, Director of South West Expo said: “We are delighted to be working alongside Business West this year and have no doubt that a combination of both companies’ expertise will deliver a highly successful business show.
“Due to our partnership, members of Business West and anyone who has exhibited previously at the Business Show Swindon are being offered a 10% discount off the booking fee.
“Our passion is supporting regional business growth and this show is designed around attendees meeting new clients, suppliers, prospects – or just catching up with old business associates.”
