Between 6pm and 6.30pm on 5 July 2016, a 15-year-old boy was assaulted by a group of youths at Buckhurst Fields, in the Parks and Walcot area of the town.
During the assault, his bag was searched and tobacco was taken. He sustained minor injuries.
A 41-year-old man was also assaulted by the group of youths a few minutes later. He was seen to by paramedics at the scene and required hospital treatment for chest and facial injuries.
A 17-year-old boy from Swindon was arrested on suspicion of GBH and robbery.

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and ABH.
They have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Constable Mike Armishaw, of Swindon CID, said: “It is believed that there were a number of people using the field at the time of the offence and I would like to appeal to them directly to please get in touch with police immediately. Any information you have may assist us with our investigation.”
