Exciting new monthly street market begins this weekend

This weekend sees the first monthly street market at the Orbital Retail Park in North Swindon. The event will run between 10am - 4pm on the last Saturday and Sunday of every month.

Popular North Swindon bakery, Sugar Shack, will be hosting the event which looks set to bring in the crowds with a huge variety of stalls which include food and drink as well as clothing and gifts. 

Food vendors include Tuga Pasteries, a Swindon based bakery who bake the famous Portuguese pastry- Pastel de Nata, 'Sweets In Time', 'Knead Patisserie' and 'Mulberry Bake House' a husband and wife team specialising in pastries and savoury bites. 

Pippin and Co, a Swindon bakery, will be offering their handcrafted doughnuts and the hosts, Sugar Shack, will be joining the market with a pop up kitchen in their very own little trailer, serving their famous tasty buns. 

Plenty of savoury offerings will also be avaliable from vendors including Kotinos Foods, who will be selling their unique mixed and marinated olives alongside Turkish and Greek bakalava. 

Jordys Kitchen will be serving savory treats alongside Soleuna Pizza. BBQ Street Box will have a variety of street and BBQ food. 

Furry friends will not be forgotten as Wiltshire based 'Barkdays' will be catering to our four legged friends with pet themed products and even doggy ice cream. 

VB Distillery will be selling gin and vodka distiller inspired by the traders Latvian heritage.

Craft stalls include Poppy and Dal, who sell macrame gifts, JalanJalan Stratford, offering their bright, colourful clothing and Amulet by Teddi.

Educational and sensory toys will be sold by vendor, 'Brighter Senses'.
