The results of a TrustSTFC survey to capture the views and opinions of Swindon Town supporters have been released.

TrustSTFC - The Swindon Town Community Mutual - is a fan representation organisation within the Swindon Town fanbase.
With more than 1,000 members, TrustSTFC historically entered a first-of-its-kind Joint Venture with Swindon Town Football Club to purchase the County Ground stadium from Swindon Borough Council for £2.4m thanks to a £2.4m donation from the Nigel Eady Trust Fund.
The survey was launched following Swindon Town Football Club’s worst-ever league position and points tally under the modern league format,  ranking aspects of the football club for importance and levels of satisfaction.
TrustSTFC says it received more than 2,000 responses which painted a clear sentiment of concern regarding the state of the football club on and off the field, and demonstrating a lack of confidence in the Club’s leadership with a 1.5 average satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5, and also the strategic direction of the football club with a 1.54 average satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5.
As a direct result of the survey outcomes, TrustSTFC anticipates that more than 10% of the club's 5,100 Season Ticket holders will not renew.
Neil Hutchings, Chair of TrustSTFC, said “It has been a tough season for all of us and the clock is ticking on preparations for next season.
"The Trust has always said that we want a financially stable and well-run club, regardless of who the owner is. If the current ownership and leadership team are unable (or unwilling) to provide a demonstrable path to achieve this, the results of this survey suggest that Swindon supporters are no longer prepared to provide their unconditional support and are looking for change.
"We at the Trust will play our part in bringing that change about.”
TrustSTFC says its purpose is to represent the fan base and protect the legacy of Swindon Town Football Club, and that it is concerned that the survey outcome regarding season tickets will result in huge revenue losses for the forthcoming season and the financial sustainability of the football club moving forward.
