Man in court the day after armed robbery at Aldbourne Post Office

A man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court today in connection with an armed robbery at Aldbourne Post Office yesterday afternoon.

Matthew Stepp, aged 37, of no fixed abode, Swindon, appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court charged with robbery, threatening a person with a blade in a public place, and possession of a class A drug. 

He has been remanded in custody again and is next due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on 14 December. ??
