Court date set for man accused of murdering Swindon pensioner

The trial of a man charged with the murder of a pensioner in Swindon is due in court next week.

Dario Carboni, aged 24, from Tottenham in London, is due to appear at Bristol Crown Court on Monday 7 January.

He is charged with murdering 75-year-old Ken Kiley, in Haydon Wick, on 8 July 2018. 

Carboni has pleaded not guilty to murder and causing death by dangerous driving. He has pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified but not at the time of the collision

He has been remanded in custody and the trial has been listed for two weeks.
