Man charged with outraging public decency after Cenotaph vandalism attack

A man has been charged with outraging public decency following an incident at the cenotaph in Swindon on Saturday 12 January. 

Ashwani Kumar, aged 54, of no fixed address, Swindon, has been remanded in custody.

He is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court tomorrow (15 January).
