Police are appealing for information following an incident of indecent exposure in Savernake Forest.
At approximately 9am on March 28, a 40-year-old woman was walking her dog on the footpath between Postern Hill picnic area and the Grand Avenue when she became aware of a man who was masturbating near to the footpath.
The man is described as white, approximately 5 ft 8 inches tall, of medium build, clean shaven, with short cropped black or dark brown hair. He was wearing black baggy jogging bottoms and a blue or grey loose fitted hoody.
PC Tom Crabtree said: “We are appealing for any witnesses to the incident, or anyone who saw the man in the area around this time.
“We’d urge anyone in the same situation to ensure they report incidents of this nature immediately and provide a description of the offender as best as possible.”
