Officers investigating a robbery in Swindon are appealing for the public’s help in identifying three men as part of their enquiries.

At approximately 1.30am on September 22, a man in his 20s was walking along Thamesdown Drive from the Orbital Shopping Centre in the direction of Torun Way.

As he reached the junction of Thursday Street, he was approached by three males.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "The victim was knocked unconscious by one of the males – as he was on the ground, a pair of sunglasses were stolen from him.

"He managed to flag down a member of the public who called police and he was taken to the Great Western Hospital as a precaution.

"We’d like to hear from anyone who may be able to identify the three people pictured, or anyone who may have witnessed the incident."
