This weekend big crowds are expected to flock to Wood Street for this year's Old Town Christmas lights switch on.
On Sunday 24 November Old Town will be getting in the festive spirit with this year's Christmas lights switch-on.
From 12pm to 5pm Wood Street and Joiner Lane will be filled with festive food, gift stalls and children's entertainment. There will also be live performances on Wood Street and in The King's from Wilkes Academy, Ministry of Samba and Billie & Louise.
The Old Town Christmas lights will be switched on at 5pm on Wood Street.
