Officers investigating a collision which occurred in East Wichel, Swindon, are appealing for witnesses as well as dash cam footage.

The collision happened shortly before 1pm on Saturday Feburary 22. A blue Ford Focus and a white Renault Clio were involved in the collision on Foxham Way. The driver of the Ford Focus – a woman aged in her 20s – was extracted from the vehicle by the fire service and taken to Southmead Hospital with suspected pelvic injuries. A passenger in the same vehicle – a woman also in her 20s – was taken to the Great Western Hospital with a suspected arm injury as a result of the collision. Officers would like to appeal to anyone who was travelling in the area who may have witnessed the collision, as well as anybody who may have dash cam footage of the vehicles involved, to call 101 and quote reference number 54200018746. |
