Appeal for witnesses after fight breaks out in town centre

Police are appealing for witnesses to an altercation between a group of males in Swindon Town Centre.

On Friday 17 November, around midday, a disorder involving five males fighting each other, started near the Vodafone store on Regent Street and then moved its way down to Bridge Street.

Two 28-year-old men from Swindon were arrested on suspicion of assault and using threatening and abusive words/behaviour and have been released under investigation.

PC Dale Townsend said: "I'd like to hear from anyone who may have mobile phone footage of this incident or can help with our enquiries in anyway."
