Appeal for witnesses to collision in Drakes Way, Swindon

Officers investigating a collision in Swindon would like to hear from any witnesses.

The collision happened at approximately 4.10pm on Monday 13 January.

A cyclist – a 40-year-old local man – was riding his bike along Drakes Way when he was in collision with a car.

This happened near to The Car Shop and Ford garage.

The female driver of the car stopped to speak to the cyclist at the roadside to ensure he was ok, however, no details were exchanged.

The cyclist sustained head and leg injuries during the collision and is attending hospital today for his injuries to be assessed.
