Bookkeeper needed for Positive Media Group

Positive Media Group, which publishes Swindon Link and The Ocelot magazines, is looking for a part-time bookkeeper.

The candidate must be competent, numerate and computer literate and be willing to work 15 hours a week on a flexible basis.

The job will involve monitoring bank accounts, allocating receipts daily and producing day book records. The successful candidate will create and send invoices for the publications on a monthly basis as well as take credit/debit card payments for advance payers.

The job also involves monitoring credit control and chasing any bad debtors on a regular basis, as well as paying cheques into the bank weekly and putting together the quarterly VAT returns.

The role will also include other administrative tasks for Positive Media Group.
