Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf resort is inviting people to join its series of events over the Christmas and New Year period.
The Shelburne Bar and Restaurant and Library will be holding festive afternoon teas for £39 per person.
A spokesperson said: "With its roaring log fire, the library is the perfect spot to savour festive treats with friends or family.
"The Festive Afternoon Tea includes a selection of seasonal sandwiches, delicious home-baked scones with mulled fruit jam & clotted cream and delicate pâtisserie, all made by the hotel's skilled Pastry Chef, accompanied by freshly brewed tea, coffee or hot chocolate."
The Twixmas break, from £165 per person, includes one night's luxury accommodation, full Wiltshire or Continental breakfast, dinner in the Shelburne Restaurant and full use of the spa facilities.
The spokesperson said: "The Twixmas break has been designed with ultimate relaxation in mind to allow for rest and recharging before the New Year.
"Cosy up with a good book and unwind by the gentle log fire in the Library, dine in the the elegant and relaxing settings of the Shelburne Restaurant, revitalise in The Spa, or simply spoil yourself with some well deserved extra time in bed."
New Year attractions include the more intimate Shelburne Restaurant Experience, which is priced at £99 per person.
This includes champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by a four-course dinner, cheese grazing board, coffee and petit fours and half bottle of wine per person.
For a New Years Eve dinner with a party atmosphere and countdown to the New Year, the Kerry Suite Ball offers all the Shelburne Restaurant benefits plus arrival entertainment, disco with resident house DJ, magic mirror, countdown to the New Year and a revellers breakfast. This is priced at £135 per person.
