Wiltshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a recent burglary in Swindon, and a fraudulent use of a debit card afterwards.

On 13 June 2017, between 1.20pm and 4pm an unknown offender broke into a property on county road, and stole a black wallet and a laptop computer.

The wallet contained a debit card, which was used afterwards in the Co-op on Clive Parade, Cricklade Road, to buy goods.

PC Darren Zerebecki said: "This break-in took place in the middle of the day when this road is very busy, someone must have heard or seen something suspicious-if that is you please contact me."

A CCTV image of the aforementioned offender is shown above.

If you can help with enquiries please contact PC Darren Zerebecki on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
