New homes provider Bromford is encouraging Wiltshire property seekers to enquire about Shared Ownership apartments in Swindon.
It says homebuyers can benefit from an offer worth £750.
Badbury Park on Homington Avenue is a collection of one and two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments built by five-star builders Redrow, and described as ideal for first-time buyers and young professionals.
Bromford Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a newly-built home with Bromford.
Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
Then, when the time is right, the homeowners can purchase more shares through a process called staircasing, gradually increasing the ownership of the home.
Across the development, Bromford is allowing homebuyers who reserve a new home by 31 December to benefit from a £750 ‘build your own’ offer, with the new home’s provider putting the funds towards white goods, legal fees, furniture or the cost of the home.
The Snowdon is one of the homes available with Shared Ownership. It is a two-bedroom apartment billed as perfect for first-time buyers and young professionals looking to get on the property ladder.
Priced from £78,800 with a 40 per cent share value, the home has been designed with modern living in mind, and has an open-plan living space that spans the width of the home and leads to a fully fitted wrap-around kitchen.
Across the hallway, there is a master bedroom with wardrobe space and a second double bedroom which could be converted into a home office. A stylish bathroom completes the home.
Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “We’re very proud of the wonderful Shared Ownership homes at our Badbury Park development in Swindon.
“Badbury Park is a wonderful development, in a lovely location that has been thoughtfully designed.
"There really is something for everyone, with home styles that appeal to first-time buyers, couples and young professionals.
“We are delighted to be giving homebuyers this £750 offer to help them kickstart life in their new Bromford home.”
