Wiltshire law firm Awdry Bailey & Douglas has announced six promotions and the recruitment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor.
The company, which has branches in Royal Wootton Bassett, Devizes, Chippenham and Marlborough, says the move will help it to continue delivering on its dedication to help clients succeed, while investing in their people by ensuring their success is always acknowledged.
The newly-recruited Private Client Solicitor, Marina Emmanouel, is a dual-qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Cyprus, and joins the firm’s Chippenham office after having worked for a leading law firm in Bristol for several years.
Marina specialises in a number of areas in the private client spectrum including wills, trusts, estate administration and Court of Protection work.
Marina said “This is an excellent time to join such a well established and forward thinking firm as ABD. It was the perfect opportunity, because for me client care is at the heart of everything I do, and working at ABD provides me with the foundation to do just that.
"It is vital to be able to listen attentively to my clients' concerns, solve any problems they may encounter and put them at ease”.
The recruitment of Marina also coincides with a round of recent promotions for six employees in the firm's Private Client and Conveyancing departments.
Heather Wannell is now a Senior Associate and Head of Private Client, while Matthew Brewer, Nikki Capp, Elizabeth Hutchinson-Wall, Ellie Mewse and Steven Pipe have seen their hard work recognised and are now all Associates.
Partner Tim Hotchkiss said: “The recruitment of Marina and the recent round of promotions continues to demonstrate that at Awdry Bailey & Douglas we live up to our commitment to not only deliver exceptional client service, but also to acknowledge our successes.
"I would like to congratulate this talented group of excellent lawyers on their promotions, as they have proved time and time again that they put the client’s needs at the heart of everything they do.”
