Swindon firm celebrates key contract

The UK’s fastest-growing specialist security firm can now directly bid on Government contracts worth around £1bn per year.

Swindon-based SSGC has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Security Services – Physical, Technical and Support Services framework, making it one of a handful of suppliers to gain framework approval.

It can now compete for security work with Government departments. 

SSGCs has developed technology solutions to help solve known issues in the industry, such as recruitment, where its software engages with candidates via a guided application solution. As a result, the company now manages more than 20,000 live job applications.

In addition, the company has continued to prioritise its social value solution since the pandemic. Its focus on the veteran community led to it being recognised with a Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold award for its work for the Government during the covid crisis [Anchor] .
