Inquiries about using an innovative workspace in the heart of the Railway Village are being invited.

Swindon Borough Council says Workshed is ideal for entrepreneurs, pioneers and creative thinkers who want to connect and grow.

Part of a £100m programme of regeneration across the Heritage Action Zone and town centre, the Workshed is council initiative launched in 2018 and billed as fast becoming one of the region's first-class business incubators.

It offers co-working space, individual offices, work pods, meeting rooms and modern event space.

A council spokesperson said: "The Workshed is an affordable place for micro businesses to collaborate and grow."

Current offers include a 50 percent discount on co-working desks and meeting rooms to entice small businesses back out of their home workspaces into a place with like-minded individuals.

The discount offer applies to micro businesses - up to 10 employees - in an effort to support growth in the digital and creative sector.

Enquiries can be made by emailing or calling 07971 777906.

On 18 May Workshed will be the venue for a business information support day hosted by Outset Swindon and Wiltshire. The free event is designed to support, educate and empower local business owners.

There will be experts on hand during the day for you to talk to about a wide range of issues, as well as drop-in seminars to book into, covering topics including juggling responsibilities, sales, hiring employees and achieving resilience and growth.
