Police have released CCTV images of two people they would like to speak to following a disorder at the Swindon Town v Oxford football game last month.

The game took place at the County Ground on 5 February.

Officers have this week made a further two arrests.

A 17-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, both from Swindon, have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and both have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Sergeant Justin Downes said: “Our investigations into this disorder are continuing and we have so far made two arrests since the day of the game and we continue to carry out enquiries to further identify anyone else involved.

“We are now releasing two CCTV images of men we would like to speak to in connection with the incident. Do you recognise them? If you can help, please get in touch.

“The actions of a small minority of people at the match were unacceptable – they were intent on causing trouble and we will do all that we can to identify them and ensure appropriate action is taken.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
