A recently re-opened charity café is giving local people the opportunity to fill up on as much pizza as they like this weekend.

Prospect Hospice’s Heart of the Hospice café is opening between noon and 3pm on Saturday, 5 November and offering unlimited pizza with a range of toppings to choose from for just £6.25 per person.

Carl Golding, catering manager at the charity, said: “We know the cost of living is challenging for many local people at the moment. As a charity that is well supported by our community, we also want to offer them something in return to thank them for their continued support and try to help them out a little too.

“We seem to find ourselves with a large amount of pizza dough so what better way to use it up than creating a whole range of pizzas for our community to enjoy together.”

Pizza will be served by the hospice’s friendly staff and volunteers and people will be able to enjoy as much pizza as they like during the three-hour lunch service.

All profits from the sale of food will go directly back to the hospice, to help fund care for people living with a life-limiting illness in Swindon and north east Wiltshire.

Reservations is not required and free parking is available on-site.
